RETURNS or REFUNDS

Return and Refunds Policy:

Received a damaged product? Please send an email within 3 days of delivery; with a brief explanation of incident, and picture evidence for proof of damage. Once you notify us at our discretion, we will then refund or replace the damaged product. We do not cover damage claims or missing packages on shipments outside of the US. We do not accept returns on opened bottles. 

Replacements, refunds, or returns are only for broken/damaged bottles and non-perishables

Merchandise and Non-Perishable Items

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any non-perishable items in its original condition within 3 days of receipt and we will gladly provide a refund, replacement, or an exchange.
