What started off as just an idea at the beginning of CoVid (March 2020), 2 years later we've processed this thought into a reality. Chef/Owner Brenton Matsumotos heart has always been in the kitchen and he has learned alot working his way through culinary school and in restaurants, even owning his own alongside his mother for about 8 years. When CoVid hit, Brenton realized how important sharing meant to the world and that's what sparked the idea for starting this gourmet food brand. His goal is to share his experience of love for flavor with others through the specialty products of BACHI SPICE CO. We aim to give you that same experience that hopefully sparks a conversation with you and your food. DON'T BE BLAND!
